Ladies Who Launch Live — Event Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all ticket holders attending Ladies Who Launch Live (“the Event”). By purchasing or using a ticket, you agree to the following:

1. Ticket Purchase & Entry

  • All tickets must be purchased through our official ticketing partner, Eventbrite.
  • Tickets are valid only for the date, time and venue stated at purchase.
  • Entry will only be granted upon presentation of a valid e-ticket or QR code.
  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot present proof of purchase.

2. Ticket Refunds & Transfers

  • Tickets are non-refundable, unless the Event is cancelled by us.
  • If the Event is rescheduled, tickets will automatically remain valid for the new date.
  • Ticket transfers may be permitted depending on our ticketing partner’s rules; please review their platform-specific terms.

3. Event Changes

  • We reserve the right to make changes to the Event schedule, start time, running order or guest line-up.
  • Changes will not qualify for refunds unless the Event is cancelled in full.

4. Guest Line-Up

  • Guest speakers will be announced in the run-up to the Event.
  • Line-up is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including illness or travel disruption.

5. Age Restrictions

  • This Event is for guests aged 18-years and over only.
  • ID may be required for entry at the venue’s discretion.

6. Accessibility

  • We are committed to making the Event accessible to all attendees.

7. Cloakroom

  • A cloakroom will be available for coats and small bags, subject to venue capacity.
  • Items stored are left at your own risk.
  • The cloakroom cannot accept large bags, suitcases or valuables.

8. Photography, Filming & Audio Recording

  • Parts of the Event will be filmed, photographed or recorded for podcast, marketing and promotional use.
  • By attending, you consent to potentially appearing in this content (even if in the background).
  • Personal photography is permitted unless stated otherwise, but filming of full conversations, interviews or stage content is not allowed.

9. Meet & Greet

  • There will be no meet & greet, autograph sessions or allocated time for photos with hosts and guests.

10. Behaviour & Conduct

  • We want this Event to be a safe, respectful and inclusive space for everyone.
  • We reserve the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe or inappropriate.

11. Accessibility & Safety Requirements

  • Attendees must follow all venue policies, including emergency procedures, security checks and staff instructions.
  • Certain items may be prohibited for safety reasons; please review venue security guidance ahead of arrival.

12. Data Protection

  • We will process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at weareladieswholaunch.com.
  • We will use your data for purposes including processing your order, delivering tickets, administering the Event, customer service, and complying with legal obligations. Where you consent to receive marketing, you may opt out at any time.

13. Liability

  • We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the Event.
  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.
  • Subject to the foregoing, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of enjoyment, travel or accommodation costs, or any indirect or consequential losses. Our total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Event and any ticket shall be limited to the face value of your ticket(s) plus any booking fees paid for those ticket(s) actually affected. We are not responsible for acts or omissions of third parties including performers, speakers, suppliers and the Venue, except where required by law.

14. Event Cancellation

  • In the unlikely event of cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of the ticket only.
  • We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel, accommodation, or any related expenses.

15. Force Majeure

  • We will not be in breach of these term nor liable for delay in performing, or failure to perform any obligations where such delay or failure results from events, circumstances or causes beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation extreme weather, fire, flood, epidemic, governmental action or guidance, strikes, lockouts, power failure, national mourning, terrorism or threat thereof or failure of third-party suppliers.
  • In such circumstances, we will use reasonable endeavours to mitigate impacts and to inform you of any changes.
