1. Who will the guests be?
Expect a mix of the voices you know and love, and a few exciting surprises. Keep an eye on our Instagram and sign up to the newsletter so you don’t miss a single announcement.
2. Are both nights going to be the same event?
No - each night will be a completely different event! Please read the full event description for full information on both events.
3. Can I buy tickets to both events?
Yes - we'd love to have you with us for both! There will be an option to buy a ticket for both events, at a slightly discounted price.
4. Will there be assigned seating?
Yes, seating will be assigned. You'll be able to pick your seats when you book. If you're coming with others, we recommend one person books for the group, so all of your seats can be as near to each other as possible.
5. My friend bought a ticket separately from me, but we want to sit together - will that be possible?
Purchasers assign all seating upon checkout. We unfortunately cannot reassign seating.
6. Can I come alone?
Absolutely! So many members of our community come solo, and they never leave feeling like they did. We want this to be the most welcoming room you’ll ever step into.
7. Will there be a meet & greet?

8. Is the event suitable for all ages?
Audience members must be 18+. Please bring ID if required by the venue.
9. Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible, and we’re committed to making the event inclusive for all. If you have accessibility needs, you can contact us at events@weareladieswholaunch.com and we’ll make sure you're supported.
10. Will the event be recorded?
Yes, parts of the event will be filmed and photographed for social and podcast use, as well as by our sponsors. By attending, you’re consenting to be part of the magic, even if just in the background.
11. Will there be merchandise?
Yes! We will have our Ladies Who Launch merch on sale.
12. Can I refund or exchange my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable depending on the ticket provider’s policies. All terms will be listed clearly at checkout.
13. What if the event sells out?
We expect tickets to go fast. If you miss out, our mailing list subscribers will be the first to know if more seats become available.
14. What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel powerful, comfortable, and most like you. From blazers to trainers to “I mean business” heels – every vibe is welcome.
15. Will there be food and drinks?
Yes, there will be a bar from which you can buy drinks and light snacks.
16. Will there be a cloakroom?
Yes, the venue has a cloakroom where you can safely store coats and small bags. Space may be limited, so we recommend arriving a little earlier if you’d like to use it. Large luggage or suitcases won’t be accepted, so please plan accordingly.
17. Can I submit a question for the guests?
Yes! For one segment of the show, we’ll be taking a couple of questions submitted by ticket holders ahead of the event. If you’d like to put something forward, keep an eye on our Instagram @weareladieswholaunch – we’ll share all the details there on how to submit your question.
18. Can partners or sponsors get involved?
