Competition Terms & Conditions

I. Introduction

By entering this competition (the "Competition"), you agree to be bound by these Terms &, Conditions. This Competition is operated by Ladies Who Launch ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). 

2.  Competition Period

The Competition runs from 25th February 2025 to 11:59 PM on 28th February 2025. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be considered.

3.    How to Enter

To enter the Competition, you must:

2. Leave a comment under the official giveaway post stating who your dream Ladies Who Launch guest would be.

4.    Eligibility

•       This Competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over only.

•    Employees, agents, or affiliates of Ladies Who Launch and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

•    Only one entry per person is permitted. Additional entries will not be counted.

5.    Prizes

There will be I winner per prize, with a total of 7 prizes available:

  • A Jo Loves Candle, 185g
  • £200 House of CB gift card
  • A copy of Meggan Roxanne's book, 'How To Stop Breaking Your Own Heart'
  • $250 Monday Swim gift card
  • £500 Odd Muse gift card
  • An Our Place Home Cook Duo, in a colour of your choice
  • S'ABLE Labs skincare range - full sized items

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided. If a prize is damaged, lost, or stolen, Ladies Who Launch is not responsible for providing a replacement or any monetary compensation.

6.   Winner Selection &, Notification

  •       Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
  • Winners will be announced via Instagram Direct Message within 5 working days of the competition closing date.
  • If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, they forfeit their prize, and another winner may be selected.

   7.   Delivery of Prizes

  •      Prizes will be sent via post or digital delivery as applicable.
  • Ladies Who Launch is not responsible for any delays, damages, or non-delivery once the prize has been dispatched.
  •       If a winner provides incorrect shipping details, a replacement prize will not be issued.

   8.    Publicity &, Personal Data

By entering, you agree that Ladies Who Launch may use your Instagram username for announcing the winners. Personal data will only be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9.   General Conditions

•  We reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

• Any entries deemed fraudulent, inappropriate, or in violation of Instagram's policies will be disqualified.

•  This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any liability.

I0. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
